Landings commits to providing our users with excellent service. As providing this service involves the collection of personal information, protecting your information is a high priority. This privacy policy, in compliance with provincial and federal legislation, outlines the principles and practices Landings follows in order to protect users’ information.

The Landings’ privacy policy is limited to the Landings’ use of personal information. As the Landings site contains links to other websites over which we have no control, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any websites that you interact with.

Information Use and Disclosure

The personal information that you submit to Landings is used only for the purpose of assisting you with your job search. Landings does not disclose any of your personal information, including your name, phone number, address, email address, or resume to any parties other than those employers to whom you have applied. Please note that by actively applying for a posted position on the Landings website, it is understood that you consent to having your resume, application form and assessment submitted to that employer if your application is successfully short listed.

Landings does not sell, rent or exchange lists of users or databases with any outside companies. We will not use or disclose personal information for any purposes other than those outlined in this privacy policy unless required by law.

Landings may in the future contact you via email to inform you of additional services available to assist you in your job search or to solicit your input regarding such services. You may opt out of this notification service or ask to have your information removed from our database at any time.

Landings will periodically purge our database to ensure that your information is not stored indefinitely.

Managing Your Personal Information

As a Landings user, you can access and update your personal information at any time. To do so, log in to your account by navigating through the Landings website beginning at the Candidate Solutions page. You may have your personal information removed from Landings at any time by contacting the Recruitment Manager at info@landings.ca.

Landings makes every effort to protect your personal information from accidental loss, and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure through the application of reasonable technical and organizational safety protocols. However, we are unable to guarantee that unauthorized third parties will be unable to develop measures to access and use your perusal information for improper uses.

Accountability

Landings is accountable for the custody and use of your personal information. Please address any such concerns or inquiries regarding our policies and practices that apply to the management of your information to cstoneman@chemistryconsulting.ca.

Visitor Monitoring and Cookies

Landings monitors visitor information, such as pages most recently visited and paths you have used for locating the Landings website. This monitoring is done for the purposes of accessing how useful or popular different areas of our website are. The data we find in no way personally identifies any of the users.
